About

I believe that I come from a place not much different than most. If I have any gifts in this life – perhaps it’s the ability to express myself in ways that even surprise me sometimes. My father once said, “A man with no enemies; is a man with no character.” The takeaway was simply understood that ‘a man with no enemies,’ would never stand up for himself or his beliefs or anything else for that matter. My father, on the other hand, was a man of deep faith in God and a rock-solid sense of right and wrong. He was tall, dark and handsome with a whip-smart intellect and the most self-deprecating, childlike sense of humor I’ve ever known. An irresistibly charming combination of personality traits to attribute to one man, but that’s was his power and he knew it – and used it wisely and ethically.

Unfortunately today, FEAR seems to have permeated the halls of our government to the point where inaction or no action on behalf of the American people has sadly become the “new normal” in Washington D.C. Speaking out and standing up for what’s right and true is often mocked, ridiculed and discredited by the mainstream press so voraciously it’s no wonder the American public has little to choose from in our current Presidential race.

Most of us (male & female) have played “armchair” quarterback while watching the big game play out. I’m about to play “arm-chair” President of the United States of America folks  because I believe this Presidential race is the biggest game of the century!

  1. Looking forward to hearing more as I’ve believed for a while that fear and the people who spread it are going to be our collective downfall. America has ALWAYS BEEN GREAT, maybe a bit broken, but always great.

      1. Paragraph #1 could easily have been written by YOUR own son! After all, you possess so many of the admirable traits of your father, and you in turn are passing them on to Ben. Few men could carry on such a proud legacy.
